We offer various programs tailored to your specific needs

 

All coaching programs include:

  • Weekly 1-1 coaching sessions in person or via a secured Zoom meeting

  • Written weekly summary within 24 hours of coaching session

  • Initial assessment and review of health history

  • Exploration of values and creation of SMART goals

  • Personalized self-monitoring system with graphic analysis of data

  • Data review with feedback

  • Handouts applicable to health and wellness goals

  • E-mail/text support and accountability outside of scheduled coaching sessions

 
Reset and Renew-Get Back to You! Coaching Program

This is a 6 session program. This program is for you if you have recently strayed away from your health and wellness goals and are looking for a reboot to get back on track. 

Motivation and Momentum Coaching Program
This is a 9 session program. This program is for you if you are struggling to find motivation or have difficulty setting small goals to achieve your long-term vision. This program provides more in depth support, accountability, and guidance. 

Wellness Warrior Coaching Program
This is a 12 session program. This program is for you if you are starting a new health and wellness journey or if you have been struggling to engage in daily, consistent actions to meet your health and wellness goals.
